So I’m finally ‘blogging’, and this is the first post of many more to come…

If you’re reading this, my name is Elton Willenburgh, and I’d like to thank you for visiting my blog site where I’ll be sharing some of my thoughts, events and photo’s I’ve taken from years past, present and future.
So to kick off my first post, I thought I’d share a little bit about myself and one of the most significant events of my life that took place on the 11th of August 2011, a new beginning…
About me…
I’m happily married to the love of my life, my beautiful gorgeous wife Crystal, and the two of us tied the knot a few years ago on the 29th of March 2008 to be exact. I love God, love people, and am hopelessly addicted to Formula 1 motor racing; and some day when I grow up I hope to become a lollypop man in an F1 garage (Looks like the easiest job in the world right…sigh…hehe, yeah, I know, I know…). My passion for photography started with my first camera phone, which led to the purchase of ‘my first’ digital camera (bought as a Xmas gift for my girlfriend at the time ), then onto advanced digital and finally DSLR.
Despite accidently stumbling into the IT industry where I’ve endearingly worked for the past 10 years, I’ve always been doodling with graphic design, art & music and found that I enjoy it most when expressing myself creatively through photography. In fact, you’ll usually find me behind a camera any chance I get, as I simply just love any opportunity to capture some memories on ‘film’ as they say…
A new beginning…
On the 11th of August 2011 my beautiful wife gave birth to our first child (so proud of her ), a handsome little boy named Micah . What a blessing this little squirt is, a real miraculous gift from God! I never thought that being a dad could be so exciting and rewarding (and tiring at the same time ). So fortunately, I was able to capture the birth of our son on ‘digital’, and the following images are a few of the awesome memories that will forever be etched across my heart…
